Authorize against ECP Core Services
ECP (Enterprise Control Panel) - access & authorization guidance for employees
What is ECP?
The Enterprise Control Panel (ECP) is a centralized service for technoluma NETRODA TECHNOLOGIES employees and management that provides access to core infrastructure systems and services. It is used to manage, monitor, and operate essential company systems and is intended for authorized personnel only. Access to the System or Subsystems might be restricted to specific IP-Networks and/or ASN's. Detailed information on Access Restrictions can be lookd up in the Employee Guidbook.
Key access rules
-
1.Employees only
ECP services are restricted to technoluma NETRODA TECHNOLOGIES employees. Contractors, vendors, or other external parties may only access ECP if they are explicitly onboarded as employees by HR and security policies.
-
2.Credentials are issued by the Executive Security Deployment Team (ESDT)
New access credentials can be obtained only through the Executive Security Deployment Team (ESDT). Individual users cannot self-provision credentials for ECP. Keep in mind that ECP Credentials are strictly not interoperable with FoundationShield Credentials or Accounts for security reasons.
-
3.How to contact ESDT
Contact to the ESDT must be established through either a direct supervisor or through executive management. Supervisors should submit an access request on behalf of the employee following the internal access request workflow.
-
4.Monitoring & auditing
All access and activity on ECP systems are strictly monitored and logged. Unauthorized activity, suspicious behavior, or policy violations will trigger investigation and may result in revocation of access or disciplinary action.
Step-by-step: Requesting access
- Talk to your direct supervisor and confirm that ECP access is required for your role.
- Your supervisor submits an official request to Executive Management or directly to the ESDT, following the company access request form/process.
- The ESDT will review the request, verify role and approvals, and coordinate issuance of credentials if approved.
- When credentials are issued, follow the onboarding instructions from ESDT (MFA setup, initial password rotation, and secure credential storage).
Contact ESDT
ESDT acts as the single source of truth for issuing and managing ECP credentials. Use the channels below to reach out — but remember, ESDT accepts requests only when routed through a supervisor or executive management.
